Since 2020, Clarisonic has received multiple reports of counterfeit devices sold by third-party sellers on Walmart.com. Lawsuits filed against these sellers have not received a response from the platform.

All Walmart.com orders must be disputed directly through Walmart.

How to get compensation for your loss
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by these counterfeits. After you open a complaint on Walmart.com, take a screenshot that shows the “Report this seller” button and email it back to us. Once verified, we’ll send you a $20 Clarisonic gift card within one business day. The card never expires and can be used on any item at www.clarisonic.online.

As of our 2025 relaunch, Clarisonic only sells and services devices through our official website and Amazon flagship store. All other retail channels were shut down in 2020; we can no longer validate orders placed elsewhere. If you purchased remaining inventory from another retailer, please contact that seller for returns or exchanges. For quality issues, reach out to the same seller— they will coordinate warranty service directly with Clarisonic. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2. We need the order date to determine which warranty terms apply.

  Tip: Re-install the brush head and press its centre firmly—this fixes 90 % of noise/rotation problems.

Based on the current product price (excluding tax):

• 60 % refund within 1 year
• 40 % refund in the 2nd year

Out-of-Warranty Exchange (Trade-In) Policy
Trade-in credit is calculated as a percentage of the current list price for the same model, according to years used.

• 5+ years: 10 %
• 2–5 years: 20 %

Example: Current list price $100, product used 4 years → receive a $20 discount code for any future order (no expiration, no category restrictions).

Out-of-Warranty Return & Partial Refund Policy
After we receive the returned item, you’ll get up to 15 % back based on how long you’ve owned it (return shipping is at your expense).
