Clarisonic brush head not running/vibrating properly?
Step 1: Remove Brush Head
Turn off device. Hold handle firmly, push and twist brush head counterclockwise.
Step 2: Test Handle
Turn on handle. Feel for vibration at the attachment point.

| Vibration present | Continue to Step 3 |
Step 3: Split Brush Head
Place brush head bottom-up. Push inner ring lock out of position to separate parts.
Step 4: Test Inner Ring
Attach inner ring to handle center. Power on.

| Normal vibration | Reinstall full brush head. If issue persists, place new inner ring on old outer ring—works = faulty handle bracket. Request repair → |
