If you’d like to return a Clarisonic machine* for a full refund, you need to return the machine within 60 days from the delivery date. For purchases made at a Clarisonic Demo Store or Clarisonic Service Center, a return must be made within 60 days from the purchase date. Clarisonic online will pay for return shipping.

Refurbished machines and machines identified as final sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, only warranty service. If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us.

Return Form

To return products purchased from Clarisonic online, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit the form below. Our team will respond with return authorization information within 48 hours.
  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Clarisonic packaging.

Please note:

  • Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
  • Please allow 3 days for return processing.
  • Products returned to Clarisonic will receive a full refund.
